Quality Inspection
Securely pack the items in their original NAQSHI packaging and ship them to our central warehouse for a comprehensive quality check.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 3-5 business days.
Resolution
Approved exchanges will be dispatched immediately, while refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
